    Embroidery Skills with the Embroiderers' Guild
    Tue 3 to Sat 7 Apr

    Whether you're a complete novice or an expert textile practitioner, spend some time with the Embroiderers' Guild and learn something new. Norfolk members are exhibiting, giving demonstrations and teaching for five days at Makers' Month. Drop in for open access sewing sessions for young people, who can contribute to the world's longest embroidery. 

    Weaving with Textilia 
    Mon 2 to Wed 4 Apr

    Julia Symonds runs Textilia in Norwich, offering spinning and weaving workshops for all ages. Julia is at Makers' Month for three days where each morning you can have a go at weaving on one of four looms. All materials are provided.

    Norfolk Knitters and Stitchers
    Mon 2 & Tue 3 Apr

    Members of the Norfolk Knitters and Stitchers are in residence for two days ready to talk knitting and crochet to anyone and everyone. They love helping with your challenges and helping beginners get started. There are well over 3000 Norfolk Knitters and  Stitchers, who meet regularly in locations across the county to knit for charity. If you'd like to join one of their Knit and Knatter groups, pop in for a chat. Bring your knitting too!
