Find out more on Norwich Sewcials' Facebook page.

    Make Your Mark
    Tue 13 Mar

Inspired by the Craftivism movement, which uses craft to express peaceful protest, you can create your own protest patch using hand-sewing and applique. Join Genevieve Rudd, a community arts facilitator from Gorleson for these free, drop-in workshops.

    Postcards for Peace
    Mon 12 to Wed 14 Mar & 1 to 5 Apr

Postcards for Peace is a project helping displaced people living in Norfolk feel welcome in their new home. Local artists, school children and other participants have made postcards depicting either a message of welcome or significant life experience. View the work they've created and make a postcard yourself, using textiles, photography, clay, paint or pencil. All materials and guidance provided for free. For more on Postcards for Peace and how to contribute, download this newsletter from The Friend Ship, a local group working with displaced people.

    Making Space for Yourself
    Mon 12 & Tue 13 Mar

Creative activity is good for you. It's official. It can lower stress levels, reduce blood pressure and promote feelings of calm and wellbeing.
