The Forum Trust is an independent charity which manages the iconic Forum building in Norwich. The Trust has a wide ranging project purpose, designed to ensure The Forum remains a vibrant and inspiring place and an asset which benefits the whole community. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Accounts Assistant, reporting to the Financial Controller, to join our team.
You will be responsible for processing monthly payroll for up to 65 employees, making a significant contribution to the production of the monthly management accounts for The Forum Trust and its trading subsidiary; and also assist the Financial Controller in the main non-monthly tasks of budgeting, statutory reporting, and year end accounts production.
You will have completed/be studying AAT or equivalent and have experience within an all-round Accounts Assistant role. Strong IT skills including Excel are essential, together with experience/knowledge of payroll systems.
