Job Title: Project Assistant – Heritage Open Days
Temporary, part-time, 21 hours, 3 days per week.
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: c. £20,000 per annum, pro rata

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Assistant to join our Public Facing Activities team on a short term temporary contract until October 2019.
Heritage Open Days is England's largest festival of history and culture. Every September, places across the whole country throw open their doors to celebrate their local heritage, community and history.
Supporting the Event Producer, you will assist with all aspects of the Heritage Open Days project, liaising with event organisers and all involved in the delivery of HODs. Duties will include providing competent administrative support, dealing with enquiries and ticket bookings and assisting with all aspects of the event.
You will be an efficient and organised individual, ideally with project or events experience, a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. In addition, you must be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative in a fast moving environment, with excellent attention to detail.
