The Forum Trust is the independent, self-financing charitable organisation which manages The Forum building and which is responsible for The Forum’s continued growth and development.
The Trust works with a broad range of partners - businesses, organisations and community groups - to provide new experiences and opportunities both in and around the building and in communities across Norfolk and the Eastern Region.
The Forum Trust is also responsible for the on-going maintenance, staffing and customer care in and around the building. The Trust is independent and self-financing and the commercial activities which help to fund its work are:
The Forum is a unique building run by a full time Forum Trust Team, which works together to manage this eclectic mix of commercial activity and community partnership projects. The Forum Trust reports to a Board of Trustees, which oversees the Trust’s work and its strategic development.
