The car park has been accredited to the Park Mark scheme since it opened and is reassessed every year. The Park Mark scheme identifies parking facilities that have been assessed by the police and that have measures in place to deter criminal activity and create a safer environment for the motorist and their vehicle. CCTV is used by Building Services staff to monitor the facilities at all times. During 2005 there were 323,500 visitors to the car park and there were no criminal incidents during this time.

There is a height restriction on the car park entrance of 2 metres.

Parking for those with disabled badges is situated on Level -2, one level below the entrance. There are 12 parking spaces for disabled badge holders and 8 parent-toddler spaces.

On entering the car park please take a ticket from the machine and keep this with you. When you are ready to leave, please make your payment using cash only at one of the pay stations. You will then be issued with a ticket which will raise the exit Barrier. Payments by cheque or credit card can be made at the Building Services office on the ground floor of The Forum.
