Yes. The Forum is pleased to offer special discounts for charitable organisations and community groups.
No, however you can use the underground public car park at The Forum, which is open from 7am to Midnight.
Parking costs £1.40 per hour between 7am and 5.30pm and a fixed charge of £1.60 from 5.30pm to Midnight.
Please note that cars left overnight will incur a penalty charge of £30.

At the end of each day of your event, all rubbish must be removed by you.
If you require a waste disposal service please arrange with The Forum Trust Venue Hire Team at least 7 days prior to your event.
For some large events, The Forum Trust may insist upon the use of contract cleaners. These services can be arranged for you at an additional charge. This should be discussed with the member of Forum Trust staff managing your booking.
Please leave the space in the condition you find it. The Forum Trust reserves the right to employ professional cleaning services if it is deemed you have not done so. This will be recharged to you.

The contents of your exhibit is your responsibility and you should have your own insurance in place against theft, damage, loss etc. Goods left overnight are at your own risk.
For many events you will be required to provide evidence of Public Liabiity Insurance. Please see The Forum Trust's Terms & Conditions. A copy of this will be provided to you in advance of your booking.
The Forum has very little storage space. Please talk to the member of staff looking after your booking and they can advise you.
Once you are happy with the terms and arrangement of your booking, The Forum Trust Venue Hire Team will send you the relevant documents to read, sign and return together with an invoice.

A range of technical equipment is available to hire, so please do ask about this when you book your event. Some Forum spaces, such as The Curve Auditorium, come fully equipped with easy to use technology.
The Forum Trust Venue Hire team will ensure that you are completely comfortable with the use of any technical equipment before you need to use it.
The member of staff responsible for your booking will advise who is on duty and where help can be located if needed during your event.
Should you prefer to hire dedicated technical and audio visual support for your event, The Forum Trust can recommend excellent technicians who are used to managing events at The Forum.
The Forum is a public building with robust health and safety measures in place. Therefore, no banners should be hung or placed without first seeking permission from The Forum Trust.
An excellent range of low cost promotional opportunities are available in and around The Forum which can significantly help the marketing and promotion of your event. Please do ask about these when you book.
Power is available in all areas of The Forum. The member of staff responsible for your booking will ask for your power requirements when you book to ensure the correct wattage and connections are available for you.
All electrical equipment must be PAT (Portable Appliance Test) tested prior to use.
