The Comedy Store returns to The Forum on Wednesday 18 March with another quick fire quartet of stand-up.

Compere for the evening is Jeff Innocent. You could be mistaken for thinking Jeff was one of the Kray twins’ henchman, but the hardman exterior hides an ethical evangelistic message, all wrapped up in a delightful self-deprecating style and delivered with some rapier-like one-liners.

Markus Birdman’s cheeky persona and incontrovertible ability to write a good joke, even on well trodden territory, has made him one of the most popular circuit comedians around. A consummate comic with a perfect rhythm and delivery.

Shrapnel sharp, Lee Nelson is the comedy chav creation of Simon Brodkin. Frequently compared to Al Murray, this hilarious low-rent charmer mixes bawdy banter with some truly cringeworthy moments – all delivered with a twinkle in the eye.

Andrew Lawrence has been described as ‘spellbinding’ and a ‘comedy freak’. His dark thoughts, gruff voice and demonic, teen-with-a-guitar persona make you think he’d probably be out killing for fun if he weren't performing comedy! His pure originality saw him nominated as best newcomer at the 2006 Edinburgh Festival.

Tickets for the show on Wednesday 18 March are on sale from the Theatre Royal Box Office on 01603 630000 or UEA Box Office on 01603 508050. Tickets can be booked online at www.theforumnorwich.co.uk
