Learning Opportunities

Life long learning - learn something new every day

The Forum is all about life-long learning. In the heart of the city centre, a number of organisations and amenities have come together under one roof to offer an unrivalled range of opportunities for everyone to learn more.

The Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library provides learning opportunties for every member of the community, from the very young to the oldest person. Starting in the Children's Library on the ground floor, right up to the Heritage Centre on the top floor, possibilites to find out more about every topic under the sun are on every bookshelf or computer.

Learning at The Forum is for everyone. Use the links on the left to find out more. The Learning Shop provides information on adult education courses for adults aged 16+ and can help you decide what you want to do. City Learning Station provides a wide range of computer courses. There are other learning opportunities too in the shape of local history and geography in Origins and at BBC Voices.

The Forum is a wonderful resource for schools from Library Lessons to PizzaMaking, local history in Origins, guided tours of the city from Blue Badge Guides at the the Tourist Information Centre and RE Lessons in St. Peter Mancroft, opposite the building.
