    The Forum Trust Head of Property and Facilities

    Location: Norwich, Norfolk      
    Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 per annum dependent on experience

    If you are an experienced facilities and building management professional looking for a new challenge, we have an exciting opportunity to join us as our Head of Property and Facilities.

    The Forum Trust is an independent charity that manages The Forum building in Norwich, ensuring it remains a vibrant and inspiring place and an asset which benefits the whole community.

    You will lead the facilities team and be responsible for managing and developing The Forum to the high standard expected of such an iconic building, including the management of procurement contracts, rent reviews, lease variations and new lease negotiations, as well as health and safety on site. As an active member of The Forum Trust Management team, you will also help lead the strategic development of the Trust.

    Our ideal candidate will have a good understanding of property including leases, dilapidations and service charges, combined with excellent communication and customer service skills. This rewarding role also requires experience of managing a leasehold estate and a facilities team, along with a drive to secure sustainable improvements and turn high aspirations into reality.
