Whether you live locally or you are visiting Norwich, the Tourist Information Centre is an invaluable source of information and guidance and can be found on the ground floor of The Forum.

The Norwich Tourist Information Centre also stocks a wide range of free maps and leaflets as well as postcards, books and souveneirs. There are also a small number of left luggage lockers which require ID.

Norwich Guided Walking Tours

Norwich Tourist Information Centre at The Forum is the official ticket office and starting point for guided walking tours of Norwich. Tours cost £4 for adults and £1.50 for children and Go 4less card holders.

Opening Times: Mon to Sat 9.30am - 5.30pm.

Only open on Sundays from mid July to mid Sept between 10am - 3pm.
