The Really Good Health Show The Really Good Health Show

The Really Good Health Show is a fund raising event for the new midwifery led birthing unit at the Norfolk and Norwich hospital. The event is being run by The Orange Grove Clinic, in Norwich, and is your chance to try out some alternative therapies and raise money for charity at the same time. There will be live demonstrations of baby yoga and pilates, taster sessions of reflexology, shiatsu and acupuncture, and advice on homeopathy and nutrition. And that’s just a few of the treatments and therapies you can find out about at The Really Good Health Show. Do yourself and your body a big favour and put the date in your diary!
