The Forum Car Park

The Forum Car Park in the heart of Norwich City Centre is safe, convenient and excellent value for money.

It has been accredited with the Park Mark, which identifies police assessed parking facilities which carry measures to deter criminal activity and create a safer environment for motorists and their vehicles. CCTV is used by The Forum Trust's Facilities staff to monitor the Car Park at all times.

Location of The Forum Car Park

The Forum Car Park is underground. Access is via Bethel Street.

Opening Times

The Forum Car Park is open seven days a week, from 7am to midnight.

The Forum Car Park is closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Capacity and height restrictions

The Forum Car Park has 204 spaces.

There is a height restriction of 2 metres.

Forum Car Park Prices

£1.50 per hour between 7am and 5.30pm

£1.70 fixed charge between 5.30pm and midnight

The same rates apply on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

The Car Park closes at midnight. A £30 charge will apply to any vehicle left overnight.

Other payment options

A cash machine is located inside The Forum next to Building Services.

If you need to pay by credit card please go to the Building Services office located inside The Forum, on the Ground Floor, between the Millennium Library and The Learning Shop.

Accessibility

There are 12 disabled badge parking spaces on Level - 2 and 8 parent with toddler parking spaces on Level-1.

A lift operates from the Car Park to all Levels +1 and -3 of The Forum.

How to use The Forum Car Park

On entering The Forum Car Park at Bethel Street, take a ticket from the automatic ticket machine and keep it with you. When you are ready to leave please make your payment at one of the Pay Stations using cash only. Notes are accepted and change will be given. You will be issued with a further ticket which you will need to raise the exit barrier.
