The Forum complex is managed by The Forum Trust, an independent and self-financing charitable trust charged with the management of The Forum for 125 years.

 

The Trust ensures the maintenance of the building and acts as landlord to the tenant organisations.

 

In addition to this role, the Trust is a key player in partnership project work to deliver benefits to the people of both Norwich and the wider Norfolk community.

 

The Trust carries out innovative work in the development of learning via web technologies, has provided significant additions to the cultural activities of the city and has been at the forefront of recent tourism initiatives.

 

The Trust works with education, public and private sectors to deliver a range of exciting projects which benefit communities across the county.
